At Photography Academy, we want you to be completely satisfied with your apparel and accessories; if your gear doesn't fit or meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day return policy for all items in original condition.
Initiate Your Return
Log into your Photography Academy account and visit your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization number.
Pack Your Items
Place the unwashed and unworn items back in their original packaging, ensuring all hangtags and labels are still attached to the garments.
Ship the Package
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your return portal to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects your returned items, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
